4. Delivery Process
Once your order is placed:
1. You receive an Order Confirmation email/SMS
2. Our team prepares, packs, and verifies your items
3. A delivery rider contacts you before arriving
4. You receive your order at your doorstep
If the delivery attempt fails (no answer / wrong address), we will reschedule once. More attempts may include extra charges.

5. Prescription Medication Delivery
For orders containing prescription items:
You must upload a valid UAE doctor’s prescription
Our licensed pharmacist will verify it before dispatch
We may contact you for clarification
If the prescription is invalid, the medicine will be removed and the rest of the order shipped
Prescription medicines cannot be shipped outside the UAE.
